I order H&M men’s 2 t-shirt set, when a delivery boy came to deliver the product that day I was not available at home and I told him to come on Sunday (18-07-2021) but delivery boy told me that he will keep the product with him and deliver it to you on Sunday but he never came back to us and the delivery status in Myntra app was showing that it was delivered on 16 of july, 2021.
Now Myntra people are denied to solve the issue as it has passed 5 days of delivery. They told me they can’t help me if I am raising complaint after 5 days of delivery as per their policy. I called many times on Mytra even I spoke to their supervisor but I told me the same thing.
One year ago, I faced the similar kind of problem and had to bare the loss.
They are not even ready to tell their delivery boy to deliver our product to us.
They are simply saying no to any help.
I don’t know what to do and how to get back my product and dictatorship of MYNTRA.
Kindly, help me to get my product back and take some relevant steps towards Myntra, so they will not harass the customers again.
