I received a wrong product for which myntra is not providing me with the correct product neither they are providing me the refund.when I asked for their e-mail id to further escalate they are not providing me with that even they are manipulating me in their statement so that I may forego their mistake and accept what they want me to do.If they are at mistake they should rectify that and apart from compensating me they are putting customer at loss.why would I face the loss in this when the mistake is not at my end.
