I placed an order ( 1144200-7563285-7069103) and requested return for 2 products due size issues.
The pick up guy came and just for no reason rejected the pick up and said” customer care se baat karlena” and left.
Got to know later he filed the request as no tags available.
I submitted pictures for both the products showing tags and myntra smartly returned the cheaper product i.e wallet and shoes worth rs 4k has been rejected again without any reason. One ques- How come now wallet has been returned when tags were unavailable for both the products? Now that i’m requesting call back ( after whole day of tracking on myntra app when the their CHAMPS are available) – The customer care rep will tell you to hold and hang up- this happened thrice. I have call recording of all calls and please in the image all tags are available and wallet also had all tags and hence returned. I’m requesting for one more pick up as the earlier pick up guy who came was in hurry and just left.
