I had ordered many items from Myntra on the same day during EORS, out of that one was a black tank top which had no price tag, no hard copy of the invoice when it got delivered and the quality is tho pathetic. Immediately I placed for return and I did mention about the issue clearly in the message box, next day pickup guy came and refused to collect as there was no price tag and he said without price tag he can not collect. I called Myntra customer care and they were like have raised a complaint and will be resolved in 3-4days. But no resolution yet, the product is still with me. How can Myntra send us the product without a price tag??? And they expect us to return with a price tag???? Was it our mistake?? Highly highly unacceptable from Myntra

That’s true, and also they do not adress your issue properly on the customer care when you call them, it’s truly a farud
