@myntra @MyntraSupport @consumerforum_ @jagograhakjago @ConsumerCom Kindly look into the matter as I have ordered a pair of shoes from @myntra order no.1213310-8268359-0681203.
I placed a request for exchange but when I received that exchange But i received a torn, used and different shoes for which I placed an exchange request again that was approved by Myntra but when the delivery person came with exchange,he refused exchange saying it was not approved from the seller for which I complained they assured me that they will make another attempt and deliver the right product and collect the wrong delivered item. Case manager assured me in clear words that the delivery person will collect the wrong product and handover the right item to me but the delivery man refused again saying it was not approved. Though I have received sms and phone calls regarding approval of that product exchange but i m going through mental harassment from @myntra for which I am very much disappointed. one case manager on 8th September 2022 said that since Myntra not able to exchange the product, she pre approved a return for that item and asked me to handover the item to pick up person and they will refund my amount in 7-10 days. Accordingly, I handed over the product when the person arrived for pickup. Since that person picked the product but not updated the pickup in Myntra app. Now Myntra saying that pickup has not been done and they will not refund.
Now I don’t have that defective product as the person has not updated the pickup nor the Myntra is refunding my money.
Kindly help me getting my money back from cheater Myntra.
