Text of Complaint by Laxman:

I ordered HRX jacket last month, but i received some fake product of different brand, without the cover and tag. When I gave exchange, the delivery guy won’t pick it up. I even got the pre acceptance from Myntra. Even then he rejected my request for the 3rd or 4th time.
I’ve been requesting return and exchange for the past month. They made all the delay by rejecting and putting it on hold for so long. Now I’m left with the wrong product and my money is gone. No proper explanation was given. They closed my issue without giving me an answer. There was no way to contact them over the phone too.
Either I want the original product I ordered or I need my money. I paid 1728 for that.
It is showing my refund is initiated but when i enquired, they’re saying there will be no refund since only the exchange is cancelled and not the product delivered. Now that the return/exchange window is closed, I’m left with the wrong product and couldn’t do anything.
