I ordered this product: “Mast & Harbour, Men Grey Slim Fit Casual Shirt”
This was a very low quality product and seemed like someone has already used this product.
I raised a return request for this and returned to the pickup person with all tags and packaging.
then I got notification that the return is rejected. I called customer care multiple times and they mentioned the quality check didnt pass. I was shocked as I returned the product will original packaging and tags without even trying out the product.
They reshipped the product and I re-returned it back. I called customer care again and they are saying they cant do anything and will not refund for this product.
This is abuse of the customers. They are shipping low quality and used products and they are not accepting returns by saying quality check didnt pass.
The product is still with Myntra and they have not issued any refund at all.
