Hi,
I placed my order on 13 June 2022 and it is 29 June today but I still haven’t received my order. The order was supposed to be delivered by 22 June.
The order had 6 items out of which 2 were delivered. The first item delivered had 2 failed delivery attempts even though my sister was at home the whole time. The second item delivered was defective and it had to be returned. The pickup person came in just 2 days after the request while the delivery is still delayed. No one will be able to receive the order after 1 July and I want my package delivered before that date. The customer service is telling me the package cannot be delivered before 6th July and that too is not guaranteed. I am disappointed. This order was supposed to be a gift for my family after I came abroad to study and it is just a mental torcher for me now wondering whether the package will reach on time or not.
