Text of Complaint by VIJAY PANDIYAN K:

Sir,

I I’ll order roadster shoe black colour my duty purpose. Myntra say this order delivery to 5th June.

But delivery agent can only one missed call then suddenly delivery failed notify in my Myntra app and Myntra sms.

I’ll call call that agent again and again he’s nit attend I’ll try many more times he’s not responsible

Then I’ll call Myntra care he’s says I’m not attending call that’s reason but I’ll promised delivery agent gives only one missed call. I’ll try many time he’s not attend.

Next day 6th June another delivery agent provid by Myntra.

But iam the first call for that agent.

He’s told not delivered today. But Myntra says today on time delivery. I have depression for this moment.

I’m a police personnel iwant my shoes black colour.

But Myntra agents are not delivered my shoes. Myntra not responsible.

Order value Rs.1133. including offers also.

Kindly please make action these type of agent mistake and myntra ecom.

I’m very upset.

  1. I have order katso black colour t-shirt. Myntra say this order delivery to 29 march

    But delivery agent can only one missed call then suddenly delivery failed notify in my Myntra app and Myntra sms.

    I have called the again and again he’s stated that delivery can’t be made today

    Next day 30 of March the agent did not pick my parcel stating that the product is without the price tag, but the product didn’t come with tag only

    Again the delivery and return is shifted to 31 March 2022, the delivery person didn’t pick my order I’m very frustrated at this point I want to get it exchange as soon as possible. Even I want compensation of it .

    Kindly please make action these type of agent mistake and myntra ecom.

    I’m very upset
