on 11April 2022, i have ordered some products from myntra worth 31k, after checking the quality, sizes and delay in deliveries i have returned some of them. during my pending transactions with myntra, they have deactivated my account without any prior communication.
i have requested one of its supervisors to return everything i bought after this fraudulent activity conducted by myntra. I requested one of its supervisors that i am going through the complaints on google that myntra keeps customer monies after such forgery.
as i am going through this scary incident, i had a word with Kusum Chaudhary (escalation supervisor) on 20/04/20 but she simply said no returns and exchanges will be done and your account is blocked.
i request, please get all your products back and refund my money, i myself dont want to deal with Myntra in future and recommend not buy anything from them . They are frauds
