Text of Complaint by Tarun Bishnoi:

Actually I ordered a shirt form Myntra and I received that product with dark contrasting colours and I filed a return pick up for that a multiple times and there is no response from the delivery executive and he kept rejecting the product and never came to my house for pickup and kept telling me that he’s haven’t got an approve from Myntra for pick up and now I have filed the request for pickup around 10 times now and there is no response from neither Myntra nor the delivery guy and again I have to call the Myntra and tell the same issue again and again. And now they also have deactivated my Myntra account for so called security reason and I first placed the return request of the product on 18 May and now it’s 13 June.
