I had 4000-5000 myntra credit in my myntra wallet and it turned to zero. When I noticed this I contacted Myntra and they said the account was linked to some other account and it was utilised by that account. I have no other account and in my account the order history is wiped out and when I asked them to check few order details which I had orders it over the years it is linked to some other account and email ID but I have the email of the order confirmation with my email Id and no mentioned on it. Even after complaining it to Myntra I haven’t received any response
