Text of Complaint by Dinky Mahawar:

Hi Team,

I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided Myntra and its externals. I have made an order and returned the same on 26th February. The refund towards the same has not been reflected in my account till date. The excuses I a receive each time I contact the support team is to wait for 24hrs. It’s hight time now that I will take necessary actions from my end to get this resolved. I am copying this mail to consumer forum and posting the same on social media. I just wanted to remind you that I being the customer have my own rights and you being the service provider is a total failure in proving the customer support and satisfaction.

  1. Dear Sir/Madam,

    I returned an item to Myntra Executive 3-4 working days back. To begin with returning the item was such a pain as it took more than a month to get the item picked up. Now the refund is taking longer time than usual. This is not how Myntra should respond to the customers. I also understand this does not happen frequently as I am regular customer. But this has been so troublesome, please resolve this at the earliest.
