Text of Complaint by Amar:

Earlier, many days back, I have ordered a product in Myntra Application but due to the size mismatch, i have returned the order and the refund has been credited into the Myntra Credit as it is the original payment mode.
Out of the total amount present in the Myntra Wallet, i have used almost all but remained an amount of Re.462.00 and by the time of its usage recently, i have encountered the convenience charges of Rs.299.00 due to high return issues in my account as stated by Myntra.
As, i had asked through the customer service, the CSA has said that this issue is of policy matter.
*The company has not informed me of introducing the said kind of policy and had not asked me, for the acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions unlike other Applications.
*Even if, the returns are higher in certain myntra accounts, why should they levy such huge convenience charges as Flipkart has been charging only Rs.50.00 for the similar issues as faced by Myntra.
*Also, they has to act responsibly while introducing such type of hectic policy as it may affect the customers who have left some balance in their myntra wallets.
*Due to the introduction of such type of policies, myntra may be acting with ill/malafide intention or in a way of promoting fraudulence.
*At least, they has to give a chance for those customers to complete their wallet balance prior to the levying of convenience fees to the orders.
*If they wants to punish the high returing customers, they have to, when the customers order with the fresh amount but not with already containing balance.
*However, why don’t customers return their products due to the myntra cited reasons for returning a product if they allow hassle free returns. Also, while promoting the application citing hassle free returns.
*Why should the administration should allow the sudden change of policy and too without intimating the consumers of making this type of changes in its policy.
*Also, the Flipkart application is charging an amount of Rs.50.00 if (in case) the customer wants to the return the product. Why
the same policy shouldn’t be applied in the case of myntra also.
*Is there any compatibility between Rs.50.00 and Rs.299.00 in terms of convenience charges.
*Please do compare the attached screenshots.
* Please treat it as most urgent and provide the justice to many of the like customers by putting out the Myntr’s fraudulent way of earning in to limelight.
