My myntra account is suspened saying the violation under clause 4 and 12 but i did not do any harm to myntra or any violation of shopping site.This seems an injustice and insulting for me. I want a brief justification with evidence of the harm caused by my account because they are giving inappropriate statements and also asked me to create a new account because taht won’t be possible to reactivate the old one. I don’t think this is a right way of customer handling. I will not use Myntra again if they will not provide a proper answer to my query and reactivate my account. And also mouth publicity is very powerful..
