I am using my Myntra account since last 5 years. Today without any information they deactivated my account without any information. Suddenly i am loging in my account and it says no longer exist. I have 2-3 prepaid orders pending yet to be delivered, i have 3 orders that have fitmeny issues that i had to return. Plus i had around 3500₹ in my account as myntra credits.
All this totals to around 25,000₹ to 30,000₹ Which i have to get back from myntra.
And they suddenly say there’s no account that exists, it is deactivated.
I called customer care, they put me on hold, made me wait on call for more than 1 hour and still did not resolve my issue. One of them even said we can not help you now.
I need a resolution on my orders and issue, i need my money back.
Kindly help me on this fraud activity
