THIS HAPPENED AFTER I RAISED A RETURN REQUEST OF A PRODUCT WHICH WAS DIFFERENT THAN THAT OF WHICH I’VE ORDERED.NO PICKUP WAS INITIATED AND AFTER FEW DAYS THAT IS ON 7TH OF APRIL I FOUND OUT THAT MY MYNTRA ACCOUNT IS DEACTIVATED FOR SECURITY REASONS WHICH IS TOTALLY ILLLOGICAL I AM AN TOP TIER ICON MEMBER WHO SHOP A LOT FROM MYNTRA.ITS BEEN 3 DAYS AND NO RESOLUTION HAS BEEN PROVIDED. THEY HAVE UPDATED 3 TIMES THE DATE IN WHICH FINAL ANSWER WILL BE GIVEN.I HAVE PENDING ORDERS FROM MYNTRA AND I TOO HAVE MYNTRA CREDIT LEFT.I AM UNABLE TO EVEN CREATE RETURN.KINDLY REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT.
