In 2022 , I have ordered a jacket from myntra, but it’s quality was poor , so i have returned it. I had purchased so many other products from myntra . After some days of the return when i had opened my myntra account it was showing my account is now deactivated . I contacted the customer care , they assured me they will resolve it within 7 days . Days after days went , I called so many times they was only assuring me it will be resolved . And after the patience of so many days they finally replied , we dont know anything about it , it is deactivated due to security reasons . I called again and they answered the same. I thought it’s may be a technical glitch, But now it is 2023 december when i am writing this, same thing is happening . Even i tried to log in with my different mobile nos , even from different phones , but same thing is repeating . When i tries to signup or login to myntra from the devices which have never used myntra , magically those device also get the message that this account is deactivated for security reasons. How my home’s all mobile and pc devices are behaving same towards a single application it’s really strange to me .
So its my kern request to you to kindly look after the matter.
