My myntra account has been deactivated past raising a return request.
Its 7th March 2023 today, I received a wrong product and raised a return request on 28th February 2023, the pickup wasn’t scheduled till 7th of march. In the app, I raised a complaint for the same, but it was not resolved yet from 28th to 7th!!!! I called the customer care multiple times to complaint the same to them. They only extended the date of resolving the problem and made false promises and the issue wasn’t resolved yet. The product costed me 1100rs and it was a wrong dress- different color and size.
I tried logging in today i.e. 7th march and I couldn’t log in and it says that my account is deactivated due to security reasons. I called the customer care and they said that there was no reason mentioned on his end as to why my account was deactivated but the issue will get resolved till 9th march. Again a false promise date. Idk if it’ll get resolved. Myntra ate up my money.

My myntra account has been deactivated for no reason. I was regural customer on myntra so the reason is my myntra account account has been converted in Elite and then Icon. So there should be no reason for deactivation of my myntra account. Its very bad that myntra did so with me.
I am an IKON Myntra member. Just bcoz I return products they deactivated my account and stated its bcoz of security reasons. I am.unable to track my orders worth Rs 20000/- which I had recently ordered neither raise returns for inefficient product
My account deactivated not received any OTP….pls resolve
My account also deactivated by myntra and i still don’t know the reason behind it I didn’t even purchase anything I called customer care but they made false promises that you’re issue will be solve but didn’t happened I don’t know what to do now I tried a lot to log in but it didn’t work
I ordered from Myntra’ a product and as soon as my product got delivered they immediately logged out my session and when I tried to login again it showed up that due to security reasons my account has been deactivated for which I contacted customer support also but they are just asking me to wait for higher authorities mail , which will take around many days to resolve or even not resolved as I have read lot of complaints now against Myntra that they do this practice to defraud customer, but problem is their return period is only of 7 days and as I’m not able to access my account I won’t be able to return the product and then my return period will get over , pls help me to get my money back pls pls
I don’t know the exact reason of my account being unactivated. Please do look into it and let me know if I can bring back my account. Also I ordered 1 product last week. I wanted to return it. As I was out of station I couldn’t return it there was enough time for that product to return. I am back to my workplace, so I thought of returning it 2 days back, but I couldn’t.
I raised a complaint to customer care, they told me that they would help me out, and the last date for that product to return is also last today. I had a call with your customer care again now, they are telling me that they couldn’t bring my account back. How could you do like this without prior notice? This is highly not appreciated.
Now all I need is though they can’t bring back my account, just take the product back. It’s not even fitting for me, how can I put such high cost products without even correctly fitting.
