Sir i ordered a white ether sweatshirt ₹551 from myntra and before diwali the product had delivered but i was not there to check and after diwali when i came then i return the products before open the box due to another issue. Next day courier partner came and first time he opened the box in front of me and he got a stain on product. But when i didn’t open product and 1st time product opened by courier boy then how can i do that stain. And now they are not returning my product and saying sir after quality checks product reached to you. Sir when i didn’t open the box then how can i do the stain. Thank you
