Ordered a jeans from e-commerce app Myntra.
Being a elite member now facing a issue
Received a wrong product in the place of jeans i got 2 creams aa attached below
And when returning it back facing issues.
They are not helping me.! Just that they are giving dates that on these days issue will be resolved. Its been 6 days i am highly disappointed from them.! Iand almost 4 pickups failed for my product
And the status mentioned is that i was not available or not able to reach.! Noone of the delivery agent called or texted.! The delivery partner is Ekart also known aa flipkart i want to raise a complaint against them also.!
Highly disappointed with the services and now its the time i should take an action against these guys.!
And show them the actual customer power.!
Not delivering my order first
Then delivered a wrong product
And now not coming for the pickup and showing wrong status as we are not available.
You guys are fake. And your associates too
They are neither contacting me nor giving any update
Just updating wrong information in the app.!
Please look into this as its the matter of someone money and time.! That was a prepaid order of ₹6000/-
