I’ve received a call from a girl staying they are from MyGlamm sales and promotions department. They have stated i will get an assured prize if i purchase order above 4999/- in additional ill get 40% cashback which will be credited within 24 hours. They said i need to make payments for the account number which they provide instead of the app. Because in app if we pay it will be normal purchase. Since this is a promotional offer i need to pay by account they give. They also assured me they will be on the line one the payment is made they will give order id. But i felt something is really off because when im speaking on the call in the background some other person is speaking about the same offer to others. So I got call around 3 in afternoon and since there are only 5 lucky winners only 1 member is enough to make calls to 5 members also the WhatsApp number they have pinged me status is changed as MyGlamm shoping as only few hours ago. So i haven’t made any payments and declined the offer. My biggest concern is how they got my full name, address, mobile number which i entered in MyGlamm app. So this goes under coustomer information leaking which is totally not correct. Please take necessary action because today only my information is leaked if necessary action isnt taken in future my money may be robbed from the account i provided in the app. Ive attached a image below they sent me about the promotion. Please beware by gods grace i haven’t made the payment but still my information is leaked which is totally unacceptable
