The product I ordered is a Manish Malhotra lipstick, which was I received was broken, they resent a replacement product which was also in the same condition, this time I asked customer care to refund me instead of providing replacement, so they temper my app. account, deleted the chats changed my order history i.e., changed the delivery date of the product, also deleted my community post..they are doing a huge scam..do not purchase from their website, I go to know from my one of the friend’s friend that they always send broken products..therefore there is no customer suport to call and talk too only chat support is there which takes whole day to respond and do not provide a proper solution
