on 24th dec i booked an order for cake and flower delivery at lonavala on 25th Dec. order no 959003. At 1230 i get a call from my relatives stating that the chap who was to come for delivery had called up in the morning that he is reaching for delivery and then called up again at 12 that he is at 2 hour distance from the location and will not be able to deliver the items .
in view of above i called up the no registered in their site to call (09871141000) and complaint they said they will get back. However no call came and since 1700 hrs yesterday 25th i am calling , my relatives are calling they are not picking up the calls. When i went to the site to return/cancel/refund the order/amount the site takes you to a refund policy which further links to the call for 09871141000 and a complaint email.
sir /madam my complaint it i have not got my money back they is no way i can communicate with the company to refund my amount as they have not completed the order.And i definately feel there is something wrong with the company site and the calling number as how is it possible that on the company help no No one picks up the call even though you try from different nos. One more thing hte other nos of the company a delhi no and bangalore no are not having incoming facility (how is it possible that a company has complaint nos with no incoming facilities). Sir i am worried as i have done payment through netbanking of SBI bank i hope my credentials are not compromised.
