I am Baig Yusuf zomato rider from hyderabad, my ID number is FE1998952, In November 2022, during the delivary call my cellphone got damaged due to heavy rainfall, I tried a lot to transfer my order to any other rider as per the option in the app, but i didnt got any type of help, also i tried a lot to call my TL but it was just ringing the bell, unwillingly i had returnes the order to the same restaurent , next day zomato had blocked my ID without any enquiry call to me without any analysis, company banned my work, when the time I was extreme need of work, comapany broke my work, due to this now iam jobless, i am raising the ticket agaian and again but zomato company is not activating my ID, I just want to here , its happen with me ,but should not happen with other .
