On 23 April 2026 at around 5:00 p.m., l transferred my winning amount from my winmatch account to my Punjab and Sind Bank account . The total amount was 19,000 + 3,000 + 4,000.,the money has still not been credited to my bank account.

On 24 April 2026, my Winmatch account was permanently blocked without any valid explanation. After noticing that the withdrawal had not
reached my bank, I contacted winmatch customer support by
phone, but they did not help me or provide a proper solution. I have transaction details and screenshots for these transfers, which I can share if needed.
I request that my full winning amount 19,000+ 3,000 + 4,000) be immediately credited to my Punjab and
Sind Bank account and that my Winmatch account be unblocked without further delay.
