I used OLA App to book my Ride, I have observed that even if I select payment mode of OLA cash, my amount deducts from OLA Money postpaid, I didn’t know how it was happened and why this APP frequently asked when I opened this OLA App during my ride.
OLA needs to resolve this issue, this has happened to me quite a few times now.
One such scenario was when I took an Ola on 30th of Mar, 2022 which showed me a price of 311, driver asked me to give 311, I paid cash to this Ride after reaching to destination, but after sometime I get a message that 313 is deducted from OLA money postpaid. Now I have been raising this issue with OLA since 11th April, 2022.
I made a call to respective ride driver and he accepted and acknowledged to receive cash. fortunately I recorded this conversation. Now I explained this issue to him, he said this ride payment shown cash only, then only I asked cash from you”.
From April 11th 2022. Onwards I raised an compliant to OLA support to resolve this issue, they never got any feedback about it and instead OLA charged me late fee amount of Rs 50 on 14th april, 2022.
Daily I had received a call from OLA money to pay the pending balance, and also received SMS to my mobile to pay this pending balance.
It was hectic and much disappointed me, really it was disturbed me lot,
many times I called OLA support and I pleased them to resolve this issue and clear my dues form OLA money postpaid, meanwhile I spoked with respective ride driver too, I said OLA debited the amount 352/- (including delay payment charges 50+302 =352/-)
I made regular call to OLA Support for a month. Still compliant is open and not yet closed.
Customer care peoples are said same slogam, “ we will help you, this issue will resolve in another 24hours!” but days are gone, Still compliant is open and OLA money postpaid called regularly to close the pending balance. Now date is 3rd May 2022.
I don’t know how can I resolve this issue.
