I (HITESH P GOHIL) have been using Vodafone sim card for several years. From last many days, I am getting messages from Vodafone that outgoing services for my number(9978268667) will be stopped from 29/11/2018 unless I recharge with their unlimited pack, irrespective of my current balance Rs 231.And today (03/12/2018) I got the message that my outgoing calls,SMS and internet data service has been stopped.At present I am not able to make calls,SMS etc.from this VODAFONE prepaid sim card.Who will be responsible if I will stuck in some emergency and not able to call anyone ?
How can they force to subscribe to a particular recharge pack? This is a violation of my right to choose as a consumer. I have been using this number for many services and hence forced cancellation will be a great inconvenience to me.
