My prepaid balance of rs 70 got deducted unnessarily, i visited vodafone gallery, i got reply that its due to one e-mail by which you had dowloaded one app….
But, i had not downloaded any app….
After that day, i called on vodafone complaint helpline number…..
I got different answer from there….
That balance deduction was due to payable data pack usage…..
I dont uses data packs anytime, i have my personal wifi.
Request you to resolve problem as soon as possible and give my prepaid balance rs 70 back.
