My outgoing services has been stopped for prepaid sim by Vodafone without any reason. I am using Vodafone from last 12 years and there has been no such issue observed. I don’t understand why this sudden block of outgoing services even though I had balance in my account and always a active account. While buying sim I was not told of such scenarios in fact I have been told that my validity is for lifetime,
Due to this sudden stoppage of outgoing services for my prepaid Vodafone sim, am facing problem to communicate. please acknowledge this and address the issue.
