I have paid the vodafone bill for the number 8059497383 in september no 8059497383. And the next months due date was in october around 18th and in 7th November they have disconnected my services . Now I want to pay the bill but they are calculating after 7th November as well. That should not be calculated because No service was provide by them not even incoming calls. This number is registered on my father’s name.
And other issue is I have taken a plan of 399 per month in 2017 . Now this plan we are getting with in 200 and I did not get any calls from Vodafone about the deduction in charges. So from last one year I am paying the double amount . They could have informed us .
My request is they should not charge after the disconnection.
