My postpaid number is 8122505606 in this no there is some excess amount of rs 335/- on this date 05 aug 2018 and then i convert my number to prepaid on 07 aug 2018 on that date my postpaid balance is rs 316/-.
The vodfone store person mentioned that remaining balance will transfer to main balance but till date my main balance is 0. On 1 sep 2018 i visit vodfone store, staff person told me that there is remaining balance in my account and i want to paid rs 30.
I ask the reason Of my excess amount details they not giving, i want correct reason for that excess amount or otherwise i want refund
