Dear Sir,
I am an old customer of vodafone and i was really happy with vodafone services but from today’s behavior of customer care representative officer disappointed me.
Actually two days before i received a text on my phone that service validity is over on your number. but i didnt get any alert information message before regarding this. and when i asked to them for this then they didnt behaved good with me and disconnected the call.
I am your customer then how can you behaved with your customer like this. this was unmanageable for me.
please do something regarding this.
