I am having post paid mobile no. 9988203800
Along with this I have converted another prepaid Vodafone number 9988492277 to postpaid number making it as secondary number
Your Vodafone executive Sector 11 Panchkula Haryana
Mr Anuj – 8350839004 have given me plan in May 2019 in which he offered me
following plan which I accepted
Primary number : 9988203800 299 plus tax
Secondary number : 9988492277 199 plus tax
Till last month I got bill for above two connections bill period 21.07.2019 – 20.08.2019 and paid amount due Rs. 364 immediately
However this current month I got bill only for my mobile number 9988203800 which I also paid immediately Rs. 295
For second number without any information to me got suspended and amount due shown Rs.700 +
I am not able to understand why I don’t receive combine bill and why my plan has been changed
I have visited your Vodafone store also and met Mr. Anuj as mentioned above he also don’t have any clue related to this he is also helpless.
