My Vodafone number 8860639471 was inactive because it was not recharged . I could not make any incoming/outgoing calls . The network was blocked.I called the Vodafone services they said i had to make a recharge of Rs 35 which i did on 29th of Nov after which i was assured that it will be active in 30 minutes .
However today 1-12-2018 it is still in inactive state. i called the Customer care again but to my surprise the IVR was not redirecting my call when they asked me to enter my number 8860639471. I then tried the IVR with another Vodafone number which was directed instantly and the person i talked was Adesh Kumar . He told me it will take 24 hrs and that he has registered a complaint regarding it.
However to make sure he did i again called the Vodafone Services and Mritunjay received my calls and he said there was no complaints registered yet.I asked him again to register a complaint.He gave me a complaint with complaint no:892260763. He has assured me that the SIM will be active within 24v hrs.
My Grievance is that why was my sim blocked to be redirected to Customer Care and why was the complaint not registered the first time i made a call.
Can you please help me regarding it?
