Text of Complaint by Muralidharan:

since 1st week of september my internet was not working so called vodofonesupport tolllfree number they said engineer will call back but call disconnected from engineer and i directly visited at vodafone gallery (14\09\21) they replaced the new sim and will be activate by 2hrs, but same issue so again evening i visited and ask about this he said i will re-active your internet connection so will active tommorow(15\09\21) morning by 11am-11-30am but still now no response.
and today(15\09\21) call came from vodafone tollfree number lady name pushpalatha she spoken rudely and and diconnected the call..

I need a solution today itself otherwise refund my reacharge money.
I’ll port my sim to AIRTEL/JIO.
