Dear sir I have done a rent payment from lazy pay card but my transaction failed and the amount was deducted from my lazy pay account the amount was ₹1010. regarding this i called paytm customer care but they didnot help me its about 8 days gone not a single word in my favour has been done
After that I also contacted with lazy pay customer care they said that refund is in hand of merchant because from my end transaction is successful and as your mechant to initiate a refund as they trigger it from their rnd it will reflect in your lazy pay balance. But my problem is that my amount of refund is not triggering from paytm they never help[ me either on call or in email or chat bot section
