On 30th January I booked a ticket via travolook from Srinagar to Delhi and it got auto cancelled, then customer care of the company assured me that the refund will be given in 10-15 days, It has been 2 months since then and I call them every week and all they do is make fake promises now and then. I am student by profession and 3429 rupees mean crores for me and the time which I have gone through because of this, I am psychologically affected.. please put my case in as I want the compensation for the ticket and the time I was psychologically affected.. please do me a favor
