Dear sir/madam,
my name is Mr.Sathish i’m residing at #72, mandibele village and post, Vijiyapura town,Devanahalli Taluk, Bangalore rural, pincode- 562135. Im using the airtel prepaid no 9632204404 since 2012 and all of the sudden on 7th of july 2019 my sim is blocked and it has been given to other person(Rajkumar shah) with out any prior notice and no messages from Airtel regarding this. so i called the customer care and asked for the help they are telling to get the new sim as its not working. so i went to nearest Airtel store in Devanahalli and the customer care person is telling that “The sim owner is different and address is also changed”. How is this possible that my regular sim get deactivated and give to other person? the other person name is “rajkumar shah”. So please i’m lodging this complaint here .
