Why everytime when my balance goes above 60 you deduct rs 60 from my main balance. It happened 4 times till now. This is a pure scam. When i contact the customer care they say that you called a special number & that too of 13 secs. Everytime they say the exact same duration of call. But in real no call goes from my side. Yesterday (10.03.2020) i recharged with Rs49 & previously had more balance & today when I checked it showed Rs 2. If I don’t get any proper reason & don’t receive my refund in main balance. Then it’s High time to register a case in consumer court.
