Text of Complaint by Gopi pastam:

I have ordered realme 10 pro on Flipkart. I received an out of the box delivery, the device was not damaged. But after using it i had heating issue & camera & performance related issues. So I placed a return, a technician visit was placed but nobody ever visited or checked but the issue was updated as if someone visited & cleared that device is fine & no defects were found. I tried contacting A lot of times no use. 4 times the return was rejected, i have kept calling them but always told there was a technical glitch in Flipkart.
