I ordered “Ubania Collection 144 TC Cotton Double King Printed Bedsheet (Pack of 2, Multicolor)”, Order ID: OD219778783902124000 on 29th September, 2020 and I received a damaged product. The Product is having a 7 days return policy and I created a return request on the same day. After creating a return request, I was given a date of 4th October, 2020 for pick up. No one came to pick up the product on 4th OCtober, 2020 and Flipkart is delaying return by saying a technical issue. Today is 13th October, 2020 and the product is not yet picked up. Initially, Flipkart gave me 4th October as a pick up date, then they gave 6th October, then 8th October, then 9th October, then 10th October, then 14th October and then 17th October. Today, I got a call saying that the return request is cancelled at the seller’s end. I just don’t understand why would a seller cancel a return request when a 7 days return policy is mentioned. Even though the seller doesn’t accept, I consider flipkart as responsible for this issue because the policies are not enforced properly on sellers. Please see the attached image of the damaged bedsheet and pillow. Please help with the return of this Product. For the order mentioned above, everyday I have to call Flipkart customer care and create a new issue. Everyday, Flipkart marks the issue as resolved without any resolution. Why does this happen? What is wrong with Flipkart? This is pure cheating and fraud.
