My Order Number – 40400900381518722, Amount – 1799, Return pickup requested 16-07-2021 , given dated 17-07-2021, but not done, again new scheduled given 18-07-2021 again not done, every time same issue, when i call customer service, they created New Scheduled dated without my permission as date – 03-02-2021 (17 days passed) till now could not come for pickup even not refund my amount. If i call to Customer service can not give proper response. I hope solve this issue. (Attached my First Return request screen shot & Amazon Final schedule date Screen shot.
