- My return got rejected from Myntra. It is mango top of rupees 2965. They claimed it has perfume smell. And after complaint to customer care, he raised wrong issue and close as per their convenience. I never said I received used and old product but they raised the same issue and closed. The product has tag and in good condition. But on the basis of perfume smell they reject the product. I don’t know from where it got perfume smell. If it is. Then why pick up guy took the product from me. He should have declined the product. But he took and after that it has perfume smell. It is not a small amount product. I want my money back and take their product with them. Because the product quality is not good that’s why I returned.
