I requested for port change on 29th August 2021. I received the confirmation message with code no. The message clearly confirmed that the service will be discontinued on 31st. August at 23.59 a. m.
On 1st September when I was connecting with my new Sim of the Airtel. SIM card, I could not do so. Ultimately on inquiry I was told that my request is not approved by Vodafone.
No information, no message so far
While trying to contact the executive, no response at all.
What is the remedy???
