I have ordered (ORDER NUMBER :408-5181947-1808369)from AMAZON a Bluetooth neckband of Noise Sense. Firstly I have received a defective piece,left side wasn’t working at all so i requested for replacement. The replacement would be delivered at 9th of July. I haven’t got a single call from courier partner. The app shows it has already been delivered. Though it hasn’t delivered yet. I raised a complaint through app but it shows you have to wait till 12th July. I talked to the customer support team but they said that they only can refund and that after receiving the original product. And afterwards within 3 working days i will get my refund back. Is the way of treating your customer? NO SATISFACTORY RESOLUTION TILL THE TIME FORM AMAZON GRIEVANCE AND NODLE OFFICER AS WELL.
