I have ordered one tshirt from amazon but unfortunately the size was small , so i decided to return the tshirt , the return was scheduled for 1 aug , but it got delayed for 5 days but somehow it got returned, then i had waited for 10 days upto 11 aug and contacted customer care they told me that they had raised my query to the specialist team nd asked me to wait till 16 aug , on 16 aug i again called them and they simply replied that , “sir your refund is cancelled by the warehouse because we hadn’t received the same product as shown in the image “ so we cant do anything in this regard . But i had Returned the same tshirt with all the tags and stuffs as it had .
My money amount was ₹599 which also gone and the tshirt had also gone , and nothing help me to overcome my grievance. They just ignored my problem and kept my money also.
I kindly request the authorities to take suitable action againts amazon and make arrangements for returning my money back asap .
