Sir, I ordered Eureka Forbes AquaSure from amazon, order details are mentioned above.
Sir, product was installed by the Eureka forbes technician and the technician himself said that the product is defective, kindly return it asap.
Sir, as per the technician, I placed a refund for the product on amazon.
Sir, I clearly mention each and every detail to the customer care executive of amazon about the defective product as per eureka forbes technician.
Sir, I clearly mentioned to credit the refund in the bank account, which is already saved in my amazon account. Sir, even after mentioning the refund information clearly, I GOT MY REFUND VIA GIFT CARD ON AMAZON.
Sir, I again contacted amazon customer service to credit the refund in my account but they denied and asked me to purchase any other item from amazon from that amount.
Sir, its been more than a week, I am requesting them to credit the refund in my account but they either disconnects the call or insists me to purchase any other item from this amount.
Sir, on dated 09-06-2022, I again contacted Amazon customer support. Sir, Customer Executive namely, Mr. Ayushman said that a gift card once sent cannot be reverted, you have to purchase anything from amazon from this amount.
Sir, then I tried to use that gift card but it did not work. Sir, I told Ayushman about it and he said that there is some technical issue with the gift card and you cannot use it.
Sir, I this is my hard earned money, please help me sir. Amazon is harassing me and not returning my amount.
