I am book a flight tickets for spicejet from paytm but covid test report not generate before on journey date, because I have cancel my flight ticket as on 17th December. I am already speak spicejet customer care he said your refund already initiated 22 th December. But as on 27th December not credited in my account refund amount. Please refund process as soon as possible.
