I was not order which product but same product is delivered to my doorstep, and my mom was received wrongly and paid the amount. After knowing about this matter I called to Meesho Customer care and asked to return the same as I was not order that and wrongly my Mom received that, firstly they told its not possible. I raised a Complain after that they called me from their end. They told me we returned back this product and also we process your refund. As they told me to returned back that Product I returned the same. But after they receiving their product they cant process my refund, I called them again again but no refund made from their end. When I called them there is one thing for me to listening that is “we initiate your payment and we raise a complaint about your problem”.
